I have an awesome wife that parks the 4Runner at an angle in a parking garage by feel and loves to bump the edge of the front bumper where's there's paint. Luckily I have a full paint protection film on the front bumper that took the majority of the damage but I'm deciding on one of these bumpers right now and the one that sticks OUT the furthest will win.
lol, that sounds like a good excuse to get a front mounted camera.

FYI, i heart my SSO slimline bumper w/ high clearance wings. I wouldn't give it up for anything. Its a good compromise between weight, strength, clearance, and cost.

Is there a side by side comparison of the welds? Trying to decide to go with the "bull bar" or not. I like the way it looks, but the few pics from other manufacturers show some unique welds. Also, how are the unfinished units? Is there grinding of splatter/slag?

I really wanted the C4 but the lead time was really not going to work well. Was not a fan of the new design of the SSO. In the end I went with the Warn bumper. Got it for $713 and it’s in stock and will be available tomorrow and already comes powdercoated.

Love my C4 with the high clearance add ons. Quality construction. Highly recommend going with the C4.

What lightbar are you running in the C4 front bumper? I've got my eye on the Onx6 but not sure if it'll squeeze in there.

How is the install for a C4 Lo Pro, and lights. Want to wire the light bar to a switch in the cab more than likely.

Looks like a S8 with a lens swap

It’s really not that hard imo and C4 provides a pretty detailed installation video. As for wiring, if you plan on getting several lights or accessories…it may be worthwhile to look into something like a switchpro or spod. It makes wiring very easy but if not, routing the wires cleanly can be the the most time consuming part, for me at least lol
