Top of coilover seems off

This is a picture if my passenger side icon coilover. The top of the shock seems to be crooked and off center. Do I have to get this fixed or will I be ok as is?

My drivers side coilover looks normal.

I really need find a good shop because the one that did this Install has been a nightmare.

I think you're fine. Unless the shop disassembled the coilover, which I doubt, what you're seeing is just some movement where the top hat mounts to the shock body. Chances are they needed to line up the upper and lower mounts to get the shock installed, so what you're seeing is normal movement built in to the shock to compensate for that... if I'm off someone else please correct me so the OP gets valid info.

There are spherical bearings at the top and bottom mounts vs bushings... This looks like normal movement. If you grab it.. should be able to twist from side to side a bit.
