i did 6112 and 5160s on my limited. set the 6112s to the 2.5" setting and added dobinsons C59-505r 1.5" lift coils. I dont have a lot of weight in the back of my limited (no third row, etc), and i got 2" of lift from the coils. you may get more than 2" with the icons. i have a 1.5-2" rake with the 6112s at the top perch settings after the bilstien coils settled. 22 and 22.5" hub to fender in front, 24 in the rear

Thanks for the input. I figured since I was on a forum dedicated to 4runners someone may be able to offer me a quick response on if they would fit. It’s ok if you don’t know the answer but there are a lot of helpful members here willing to post substance and offer help. I see you aren’t one of them

How do you like the ride compared with Xreas?

There's a little more nose dive under braking, but roll side to side is about the same. In general, the ride is more comfortable than XREAS, but dont get me wrong--it's no lexus. When it comes to obstacles or hitting ruts, rocks, bumps, etc., there is no comparison... there is a night and day difference between XREAS and the bilsteins. Large bumps/changes in elevation that that used to cause the xreas suspension to bottom out are soaked up well by the bilsteins. I'm also able to carry a lot more speed on fire roads and across terrain than i could with xreas

Thank you for the reply. So you are saying the 6112/5160 doesn’t give up any comfort that Xreas provides on pavements and they are better when going over potholes and broken roads ?

Good info. I'm looking at the 5100's with EMU springs and deleating the XREAS myself. I'm happy with the XREAS + Daystar leveling kit but I have nothing to compare it too. Lots of ruts, speedhumbs and potholes in my area.
