All, without names I’m not sure who any of you are on here. Also, as stated prior, I am never on here nor do I get notifications of activity on here so I can’t be expected to respond to you here. Furthermore, I am very sorry if I have not been able to keep up with getting the bezel orders out as I have stated prior, those are my side biz that took off way too fast and I am trying to juggle a full time Toyota Tech job, family etc. I know, don’t take more orders or don’t promote other products. Well, there is so much you can’t know and that’s unfortunate and understandable but I am working to take AJC full time and right now this is my growing pains. I have zero intentions to take anyone’s money not have I not sent what they ordered or refunded them without question. It’s not a pyramid scheme. I merely just can’t be an Amazon when I am the only one with the knowledge, experience etc to build these kits. I have delivered everything else that is ordered through me and at barely any profit to me as that is the plan I set out. I have a passion for these rigs and set forth to have a biz plan to keep low overhead and provide the products for these rigs at the lowest cost possible. I can easily push and sell other products daily but building these kits takes time, time I’m trying to make. Most of the orders (without knowing who you are) came at a time where I received far too many orders to keep up. I am working hard (I get up daily at 5am and build kits before work and before my wife and son get up) to get caught up. It’s what I have to do. I have full intentions to fulfill every order as I know the customer will be satisfied, however, I cannot answer every questions about orders through all the sources of communication as if have to work 24/7 to do it all. Like right now when it’s 1:14 am and I am tending to my sick two year old.
I’m trying, and the sooner I can make AJC a full time business, these bezel kits will be built faster. Again, I have no intentions on not delivering what was ordered, just need a little patience with these. Sometimes it’s a little push. I am anal, I had issues with the first gen as one member here mentioned but, I have had zero issues with this version. I don’t want to just chuck a bunch of poorly made kits out.
Please understand that I am an honest guy and that I am just overwhelmed and cannot keep up with communication. I am trying to change that but with so many kits in the pipe, it’s hard.
I will probably not see the responses to this so below is my best forms of communication. I am truly sorry if I have let anyone down but, I will make things right and will not take anyone’s money without either giving them what they ordered, or giving them a full refund. Heck, most of the time I throw in something extra.
My name is Scott
The best Email is: [email protected]
I can’t always answer the phone but text is: 657-233-3504
Please make sure I have your name on the order when reaching out. I don’t use this forum much so very unfamiliar with it and how to know who you are. Again, don’t expect me to see replies to this post as I do not get those notifications and am not sure why.

Good morning, If you have tried this please disregard. I am not a customer but might have a solution for email notifications. Open up a new email account so your current email add doesn't get swamped.
Now back on this forum, go to user cp (control panel), click "edit your details", first tab is "edit email and password", enter your new email add.
Now go back to this thread, click on "thread tools", and you will see "subscribe to this thread", click on that tab and you should see a tab that says "no email notification". Click on that tab and choose the notification frequency you need. Then click "add subscription". I get instant email notifications for numerous threads on here, seems to work pretty well and is very helpful. Hope this helps and good luck with your business!

Guys (and gals) I was interested in ordering a set of these DRL's myself but was put off by the extremely long wait times and what seems like a severe lack of customer service. I did some research on just building them myself.
DDM Tuning sells the exact same LED strip that Aiden James or Toyota Tech uses. Flexible Switchback LED tube for $64.95. (they have other strips for even less)
In the past this is where he has bought his parts from. In my mind he most likely still does.
Here is the link.
DDM Tuning: HID and LED Lighting
From what i have gathered after buying a few other small parts from them it seems like it would be a very straight forward install, similar to the difficulty of installing Raptor lights.
Hope this helps. I would go ahead and be the guinea pig on this myself but i have too many work projects going myself right now. Hopefully another forum member will give it a go and post the results.

Be my guest to try and mimic these and I’m sorry you feel I lack customer service. That seems to only be the case for folks in this forum as I get praise in all the other social media pages. Maybe this forum has only dealt with me for the bezels where I sell far more than just those elsewhere.
Again, I am sorry I can’t communicate back as people would expect about timing of these bezels. They are time consuming to build and test after I work a full time job and spend time with my family. I spent some time this morning looking through emails on requests for info and each one of those that have reached out, were part of the initial rush of 40 orders in the first three months. Almost all of those have gone out now.
Not every bit of lighting I sell is from DDM and if you’re in the industry, DDM doesn’t even make their own lighting, just like many other manufacturers. Please don’t spread rumors about information you truly don’t know.
Lastly, I have yet to either not fulfill and order or refund the customer accordingly. I am not in the business of taking money and screwing people. I started this business as side business based on my passion and knowledge of these rigs and it is growing faster than one man can handle.
Regards,
Scott

Scott,
I can appreciate that. However this is an option for someone to get and build there own within a week and not have to wait 5-6 months with zero communication for a paid for in advance product. Which i find to be unacceptable. Excuses only go so far. You are either in business or you're not. When you have already taken someone's money for a product then that becomes the priority. Everyone has families, commitments, etc etc
No DDM doesn't make there own lighting, they sell the products. Just like Toyota doesn't manufacture there own stereos's, wheels, lights, oil filters etc etc.
But they still sell the product.
I am sure there are also many other suppliers that make/sell a similar product that can be used to make these LED's. Its not that complicated.
Cheers

If you have time to post frequently on social media, then you have time to respond to paying customers. I don’t own a business, so I’m definitely not telling you how to run yours, but it shouldn’t take more than a few days, a week at the most to respond to a customer or potential customer.

someone looking to do this full time.. would list accurate shipping times on their product pages.. . I hope that you are true to your words and everyone gets what they ordered.
Poor business decision in taking all those orders in and not being able to fulfill them. You already know your schedule. You never use family as an excuse for poor performance in business..

Exactly! All I heard was excuses and poor me because "I'm too busy and don't have time to keep up". Not the response I was expecting.

Thanks for this thread. I almost made the mistake of ordering. I'll shop elsewhere.

For those wanting to build them yourselves here are some images of mine. Sorry they're crappy didn't foresee needing the images for this purpose and they're already installed.
I got them and the quality is spot on. I will say this though, if I had to do it again I Wouldn't Dare!
No excuse for those types of lead times with ZERO follow up.

Any tips or hints on the install? I have mine but am dreading the install for fear of messing up. Do you feel you have to remove the bumper for install?

Can anyone do a good write up (pictures would help too) on how they installed these fog light bezel kits? Or if anyone can provide any info, references or tips on how to do an install so it goes smoothly. Thanks

Im going to DIY this when I get the time, I cant decide if I want to go inside the headlight housing or outside along fog bezel. Part of me wants to go outside so if the are cheap LED or fail premature I won't have to re pop open the headlight assembly. I want to disable DRL and wire these on all the time so I can throw LEDs in the High beams.

The DRL delete is an easy worth while mod, I added led high beams and fogs and am now waiting for my DRL kit from Aiden James ordered and paid for back in Oct of 17....
