Yes both. I was at the Chattanooga ride in January in my black XJ.

Nice! I was at the Feb one? Not sure, been to one of them. I'll add you on IG.

Thanks and Welcome! Yes, Blankets Creek, Rope Mill, Soap Creek, Allatoona Trails, and many more for MTB'ing. As for off roading I rarely ride any local trails. Usually go up to East TN places like Windrock, AOP, random Chattanooga spots, and AL. Planning to hit more NC trails this summer. Join up on Georgia 4Runners and Atlanta 4Runners on FB to get together for some local meets.

February, January... yeah something like that. LOL
Big south fork in the northern part of TN has some good MTB trails. We took a trip there last year.
Raccoon is the best for technical here in Chattanooga, but Enterprise South is the quickest 16 miles you can do in the area. The new Atlas trail was a great addition.

I ride up in Chatt often. White Oak is my favorite. Enterprise to switch it up. I’m up in Knoxville often also. Great biking up there.
I got to ride the new SC Megatower today! Going to demo it next weekend. Might step up from my Hightower.
More water pictures.

Glad I found your build thread...followed you on IG not long ago when looking for pics of the F5 wheels. Loved seeing the build up of your truck! Didn't realize you were relatively close to me here in Charlotte.

Welcome! Thanks for checking it out. Hopefully it helped you decide to go with the F5's! Charlotte isn't too far. I want to hit up Uwharrie OHV this year. Hopefully I can get together with the Apex overland guys. Have you been out there?

UPDATE: I found a leak from what looks to be the rear main seal. I have less than 60k on the 4R. I took it in to my local dealer for service Monday. They put it up on the lift and confirmed it was the rear main seal. No problem they said. Part was in stock and they got to work. That afternoon I was able to pick it up at no cost. Power train warranty covered all the work.
Great to not have an issue or be hassled. The part went bad and they replaced it. Shout out to Cherokee County Toyota for taking care of me.
I also switched up the CB antenna mount. Since I no longer run a RTT I am able to run the antenna lower. Now it can fit in the garage and I do not need to remove it.

I did go with the F5s! But unfortunately went with the -10 offset. Either way though I am happy.
Josh at Apex is a good dude! He has done everything to my 4R. I haven't made it out to Uwharrie yet but I am going this weekend for the Uwharrie Outdoor Summit. Will probably stick to checking out the vendors but may make it on the trail depending on the amount of people. With it being opening weekend and hosting an event I feel like there will be a ton of people.
Upgraded to the Metal Tech long travel Icons and bump stop spacer.
Rear long travel was the best upgrade IMO on my last setup. Brake lines, upper and lower links, and rear sway bar removal to come!
Do you know if the long travel will work with a KDSS system. Just thought I'd ask before messaging metal tech. Thanks.
