That is the WeatherTech stone and bug deflector. I have one on my 4runner...it's great!

I have the avs on mine. I bought the tallest one they have. Figured the taller the better the protection plus I like the look of it. How much it really protects I am not sure but overall I am happy with mine.

IMHO, The things are ugly. Took the factory one off of my '03 the day I brought it home. I now have (dealer installed) the "Northwest Protection Package", which includes a clear bra on anything painted that faces forward (ain't gonna get that with a floppy piece of plastic), including the "A" pillars and the rear view mirrors. Time will tell.

I couldn't even give my oem away, its a piece of chit. Weathertech is much better. I have unlimited washes for 20bucks month and it's fine. oem would not have made it without gouging the paint real bad

I have the Weathertech and love it. Easy install and can barely see it while driving.

The reason I'm wanting to get one of these is not for bugs, but to deflect rain drops off the front of the hood to the windshield. I've had my 2019 4runner TRD OR for almost 2 weeks now and driven it in the rain twice already. I've noticed that the windshield gets heavily peppered in rain droplets immediately after the wipers make a swipe...more than it should be. One morning on the way to work, it wasn't raining but the hood was covered in water droplets. When I started down the highway, I noticed my windshield was getting covered in water droplets, but the sky was blue, no rain in sight. It was coming off the front of the hood and hitting the windshield, like it was raining. Just curious if any of you guys noticed a difference in the rain after installing one of these? I'm willing to test my theory since they're relatively cheap, but was just curious of your opinions.

Dealer gave me oem and it's junk. Even with mylar the clips wouldn't last through 5car washes. Threw it out.
Weather tech is great, mounts easy and held up to 6 months of at least twice a week carwashes.
Avs makes them for weather tech

I installed an AVS model number 25053 just over a month ago before an off road trip to the desert. I really like the looks and fit. I went for it after seeing member Saker’s build. I like his style and he always has quality mods. On black it really blends in well. Here’s mine.

I had the AVS on for a few months, not because I like the way it looks, but after several paint chips on the hood leading edge and two windshield repairs. I figured it couldn't hurt. Alas, it rubbed paint off the top edge of the grill garnish below it so in the garbage it went.

Hey TRD panther, It’s hard to tell by the pic is that the one that gets attached with 3 m tape and lays flat on the hood. I think the other guy below is complaining about the one that stick up. I’m looking at the aero skin which lays flat. Thanks .

It is a bolt on. 10 minutes. I put the 4 small protective bumpers on the inside of the deflector instead of on the paint. Mine stays off the paint and is the highest profile of the AVS deflector. The 23071 is a low to mid rise style and mounts the same way. Regardless, I really like the look and fit. It was only $47 with free shipping from Amazon Prime. I think it would look nice on your MGM. It is very dark smoke.

Just picked this up.

Not linking...just providing the product name. It sits flush as opposed to raised.

Auto Ventshade 322025 Aeroskin Flush Mount Dark Smoke Hood Protector for 2010-2018 Toyota 4Runner

The Q&A states that this has worked for up to 2020 models. Mine is a 2019. Will post with pics once it arrives.
I do believe in the value of bug deflectors. I added one to a Sienna minivan and the number of little rock chips went down dramatically over 30k miles of driving.
