Unless they have changed something, transmission pan and torque converter are not preprogrammed

Thanks for the order! I believe your order shipped on Friday (11/3) and it was pre-programmed with the two sets of TPMS XGauges we have to read Tire Pressure and Tire Temperature. Your unit should arrive by tomorrow (11/7) believe.

Now I have my tires set to the order of tire rotation (left top gauge is driver front, left bottom gauge is driver rear, etc) it would be nice to save all 4 settings saved as a preset screen. I would love to have the ability to have other user defined presets for groups of 4 gauges for things like gas mileage, performance, temps, etc.
As-is now, I have to cycle through all buttons each time I want to see the gauges I want to see at once. It wasn't such a problem before, but now that I have the tire gauges and want them to display in a certain order, its a PITA to cycle through the buttons when I want to switch to other gauges and back again.
Is this something that you could program into the next firmware release?

@ ScanGauge
I was thinking the same thing. Right now the lower right HOME button with red circle will take you out of the screen with the 4 gauges and back to HOME screen. Be nice if this button could change/scroll to a different/next page (or pages) of 4 gauges before returning to main menu.

Got it yesterday, holy smokes that's quick service! Friday to Monday with programming! Thanks again, can't wait to install it.

I'll see what I can do. Perhaps on a long 'HOME' button press instead of going home it would switch to a page of 4 pre-defined gauges on the gauge screen. First step would be to figure out a way for the user to set the 4 gauges they'd want it to switch to.

We're still accepting units for free updates. Just mark it ATTN: James DeLong, and include a note indicating that you'd like the TPMS XGauge update.
The coupon code 'T4R' is still active as well until 11/13. Any SG2 purchased with that coupon code will have a $30 discount and will come pre-programmed with the tire pressure & temperature XGauges we've developed so far.

That's awesome news about the pre-programming for orders using the 'T4R' code. I thought I royally screwed up by not including notes that I wanted the programming but I really wanted an SG2.
Thanks!

Currently going from HOME to gauges you use the GAUGE labeled function button. It takes you to the 4 gauges where you can change the 4 gauges as desired using function buttons. The gauges are saved such that exiting to HOME and then coming back has same gauges shown.
New proposal......from HOME push GAUGE labeled button takes you to gauges as above. Long push of HOME takes you to “new page” of 4 gauges. User uses 4 function buttons to choose gauges for this page. Another long HOME Button push takes you back to original page of 4gauges. Long pushes of HOME alternates between the pages with 4 gauges each. The gauges for each page saved as current single page.
Obviously saying it in words is much easier than executing within existing hardware and coding allowances. Lol

Got mine back, and I have to say - I'm impressed!
Super fast turn around.
Works as advertised.
Didn't cost me anything but shipping.

Good to see it's working well! Also good to hear we were able to get it updated and back to you quickly - that's always our goal with updates.
If anyone else is looking to update their ScanGauge with this newer firmware capable of reading TPMS data we'll happily update it for free at least until the end of this year. We've not run into any bugs yet, but the more SG's out there testing this newer firmware the better. Also I've extended the 'T4R' coupon ($30 Discount + TPMS XGauges pre-programmed into the SG2) to 11/27/2017.
Finally, if anyone has suggestions on gauge readouts that 4Runner owners would find useful I'd be more than happy to see if it's possible to get it reading on the ScanGauge. If the data you're after is available via OBDII, I'll do my best to come up with an XGauge for it.
