Initial disclaimer: I am in no way affiliated with Expedition Essentials, simply trying to help them out with a test mule in the area for development of products for the 5th Gen 4Runner.
I've told them that I'd ask around the forums this week and see if we could get anyone willing to lend their 4R for development purposes. I would do it if I weren't almost 1700mi away.
Expedition Essentials, in Monroe, Washington, is a fairly new company that has come out with a couple of items for the Taco, but for equipment that I see folks here using all the time.
That said, I've mentioned to them about a hidden compressor mount for the 5th Gen, but they need a rig to develop with. I've linked the video of their Taco mount, their Facebook page, and their shop website below.
