Help Identifying this Part

Hi All - I was rotating my tires and as I was cleaning, I found a rubber cover/seal. I am not sure if it belongs to the 4Runner as I have equipment coming and going (warehouse) where I did the tire rotation. It's just that it wasn't there when I pulled the truck into the work space. It may have belonged to the floor jack or even the walkie-rider (motorize pallet jack) which I used to move the tools I needed to do the tire rotation.

If anyone may know or have seen this part on their 4Runner, please let me know. Thanks.

Weird. The photo was embedded in original message. Just viewed from both desktop and mobile phone, I can see the image. You using an app to view the forum?
