2014 Limited Front Seat Back Pocket and Cargo Area Jack Cover/Panel

A corner of the pocket on the back of my drivers seat in my 2014 Limited has come loose. The dealership offered to replace the entire back panel for $390+tax. I found the Board Sub-Assembly, Front Seat Back Left, Black - 7070635010C0 - for $158.33 online. Has anyone else had this problem and found another fix besides replacing the entire assembly? I'm wondering if I could take the panel off and put some type of fastener on the back of the pin that has come loose from the hole. Here is a picture of the pocket to which I'm referring (not a pic of my 4Runner):

Another thing I just found is that the clips on the jack cover in the cargo area are no longer stiff. If I remove the panel, I have to pry the clips out a little so that the panel will stay in when inserted. This is a $78 part at my local Toyota, but I've found it online for <$50. I'm ordering the replacement, but I'm disappointed in this clip failure. I'm really not feeling like the quality I had with my 2000 4Runner, which I had for 125K miles, is there on this 2014. Has anyone else had these issues?

Just put a piece of foam under the jack cover clips. I've never had an issue with that but I doubt I open that panel more than twice a year. Other than that I haven't seen folks having issues. I have some wear on the back of my seats but I have a 4 and 6 year old and it was fixed by putting covers on the back.

My wife’s ‘14 limited net/ pocket thingy is broke too. I’m going to rip it out and find some plastic caps to cover the little hole. The funny thing is we have never used them. Probably broke from the kids. Can’t see spending money to fix them

Dredging up an old thread to see if anyone has been able to fix this outside from taking it to the dealership. The net/pocket on the back of my driver's seat has come out, and it is rarely even used.
