Anyone who thinks that someone has the wrong vehicle because they can't or don't pay cash is the one who is self-righteous.

I guess I did. Sorry, it's been a long day. Love your 4R. That would have been my next choice in color.

It's all good. I edited the post and hope it's a bit more clear!!
Thanks for the compliment. I love the MGM, and KDSS. My first 4Runner was a gently used '15 MGM w/KDSS (8K on the odo). Had it for 2 years, then traded for a Barcelona Red without KDSS because I wanted a brand new, no mileage 4Runner, and found out that red really isn't a color for me, and I really missed the KDSS. So after a year, I traded it for this one.
ANd I've had this one for almost a year and a half now.
I have some FN matte bronze Pro wheels being delivered tomorrow, and later this week, the Falken Wildpeak AT3s should be in. I'll have them installed in 1200 miles, when I go in for my $20K service.

I was with USAA since 1991, before it was opened up to all ranks, and it was competitive with CC and ins. Couldn't be beat for ins. But a few years ago, they started advertising on TV, which wastes millions of dollars, and they kept increasing their ins rates, even though I've only had 1 at fault accident in my time with USAA (back in the mid '90's), and haven't had a moving violation in over a decade.
On a whim, I called Geico, and for the first time, not only was someone else competitive with USAA, they beat them by $150, and I have a better set of options with Geico, including mechanical breakdown, and it covers rodent damage to wiring harnesses, which the factory warranty doesn't.
It sucks that I no longer get the SSA deposits, but at $150 every six months, it beats the annual SSA payout.

They were competitive for our rates. I was with Progressive for a decade and had great service and competitive rates, but USA beat them and with better coverage. I also have a great CC rate and cash back with them. Their rates weren't as competitive on loans, though... but Navy Federal absolutely is. All of our loans are through Navy Federal as they had the lowest rate on loans and the best return on CDs that I was able to find anywhere else.

I got 3.09% on my 2020 4runner. Based on this link: Average Auto Loan Interest Rates: 2019 Facts & Figures - ValuePenguin, average auto loan rates are 4.21% on a 60 month loan. I have a credit score that is way above 700 and couldn't find a bank that would offer lower APR rate than the one I had. Even my city credit union couldn't go as low as 3.09% and I am in SoCal.

Nope, not if your company pays for it.
Not if you got a really good interest rate.
Not if you need a business tax right off.
Not if you make more money elsewhere and get a better ROI with your cash now vs financing.
Nope you have the WRONG vehicle, right

^^This
I got 2.6% for 60 months through the credit union I business bank with. At 2.6%, why not? That's nearly free money. I'd be a buffoon to start moving around large chunks of cash from other things it's at work with when I can instead borrow it for under 3%.

Just depends on your credit score. Chase is offering under 3% depending on your loan term.

Had a 4.99 from USBank through dealer financing on my 2019. Which was fine as I traded that rate for a low sale price (IMO) and let them "make their money" on the loan side. Then I went home and paid it off. So no interest!

SoCal in December of 2018 on a new 2019 TRDOP: Got a 4.99 from USBank through SoCal dealer financing. Which was fine as I traded that rate for a low sale price (IMO) and let them "make their money" on the loan side. Then I went home and paid it off. So no interest!
If you have very good or better credit, let's say 740+, I'd think you should be seeing as low as 1.9% on a 60-month.
