Having shovel mounts and maxtrax mounts would be a huge bonus. Hopefully all would be available before my yearly off grid fishing trip in June where I know I would be putting it to use.

The weight of the ladder with mounting plates and all hardware is about 12lbs. A replacement hatch strut is not needed for just the ladder itself, but if you add any other accessories to the ladder you will need one. We will be sourcing a strut option that we will sell as an add-on with the ladder.

Yeah we wanted to keep the weight down and try to eliminate any rust issues, but aluminum is quite a bit more expensive than steel, so we are still trying to figure out where we need to price them.

Keep us in the loop guys!

Yes it is the only aluminum one that we know of, we will keep everyone updated for sure!

We are thinking it will have a rating of about 300 lbs.
