still in stock and ready for ship (powder coated version)or is there a lead time? ship to canada? going on road trip in July, need a set sooner than later.

kdss compatible? pure bolt on and off or require some modification? where are the mounting points?

Currently, powder coated sets are averaging 2-3 weeks. Bare metal usually ships in 3-5 days. We can ship to Canada and our website will give you a quote on the shipping so you can get an idea of the cost. Either bare metal or powder, of you order soon we should be able to get them to you in time.

They are KDSS comparable and are pure bolt on. The only exception is you are required to trim your factory KDSS Skid plate 1/4” (not a big deal) or purchase our KDSS Skid plate.

https://rsgmetalworks.com/collection.../rsgt4r5kdskpc

The mounting points are already in the frame of you’re vehicle, they are 8mm threaded holes.

for raw metal not powder coated, have you come across anyone that has used bed liner as an alternative successfully?

Trimming the KDSS OEM plate, are we talking about trimming metal or plastic?

Do you know roughly how much the sliders stick out in comparison to the OEM running boards (Trail Edition) at it's most narrow point? Looking for something wider to avoid door dings also.

Thanks

I used Rustoleum bed liner spray and it turned out great. Really nice texture, and it should add a little protection underneath.

Did you use the self etching primer first?

What is the benefit of angled over not? Simply a *bit* more clearance?

Probably a bit more clearance at the far outboard edge. We chose angled RSG Sliders because we think it makes our rig "appear" to be lifted higher.
So, more for appearance then function for us.

Picked up my RSG angled sliders last week. Painted with hammered black rustoleum. Look great and will give excellent protection.
