RSG Angled Sliders

Ordered me some sweet RSG Metalworks angeled sliders from @JasonRSG last week. Received it within two days since it was in stock.

Let me tell you on how good it looks and how heavy the dang thing is.. I am sure there is alot of great sliders out there but what got me was the instock and ready to ship part lol.. I hate waiting for stuff that you spent a good amount money on sometimes..

Attached images below from their site.. I still need to upload my image and cannot do so since work is blocking my upload lmao..

Here are my pics:

It was easy had to use my tirejack to assist lol, it felt like I was benching too lmao!
It was not a bad install.. Easy stuff.. Everything bolted on just had to align the sliders to the frame.

We just received our set after ordering them just a few days ago. They look fantastic! Can't wait to put them on this Saturday.

It’s heavy but worth the install!

How well do the angled sliders work as steps? I have these on my list of future purchases, but can't tell if the angle would take away from the ability for short people to get in and out. I know they have a flat option too, but it sticks out a bit too far for my liking.

I like the angle, the kids use the bump out in the back for a step.

I spent WAY too much time researching sliders. Built a little spreadsheet and everything. Documented style, mounting, price, shipping etc....

I also took into consideration looks.

At the end of the day, the leader for me was RSG.

Not the cheapest of all sliders but I wasn't looking for the cheapest.

I wanted flat, with a full plate on top. I wanted a kick out. I wanted mounting via the factory bolt holes. I need them to work with KDSS. I did not want to have to drop the gas tank skid (don't believe I have to with these but TBH I am not sure on that one) I wanted four bars from the frame to the skid and I wanted each of those bars to have additional support.

At the end of the day, the RSG checked all of my boxes and as icing on the cake, they had a shipping label and the sliders waiting to be picked up within an hour of me placing my order.

Hope the install goes as smoothly as the order process.

Here is the KDSS install on their site, http://www.rsgoffroad.com/wp-content...structions.pdf

I do not have KDSS so it was alittle easier for me well not really because it was windy and cold.. had one jack stand.. no help from anyone lol and basically tried to figure out how to balance the slider with my body and equipment.. But it was honestly an easy install.. My body did feel like I was benching that day! haha.. #RSGSLIDERS
