Was just wanting to go mild and not mess with the rear or springs, UCA’s for now. The shop installed then at the top notch setting, so approx. 2.5” lift. I am now pretty significantly nose high. They have agreed to change them out to the 1.75” setting for a more leveled look that I was going for. I don’t mind how it’s riding at the top setting and honestly feel, other than being nose high the ride is good and close to stock.

I was looking for an alternative to possibly just add 1-2” in the rear to level it out and keep it at 2.5”ish in the front. That’s when I came across the Eibach lift kit and this thread. If I were to start from scratch, think I’d just go with this kit. However, wondering about doing a mix-and-match with the front Bilstein 5100 at this point. I could either go with 5100’s in the rear and the Eibach spring’s or just do the Eibach shock and spacer, combined with the 5100 in front. Would this throw the ride off or cause any other issues? Think it would be level enough, as most people get 2.75” out of this kit in the front and 1” in the rear and report is as being level. Any significant advantages to just starting over with the total eibach kit? Really would like to stay away from UCA’s at this point, as the truck has <2k miles and I just really didn’t want replace more than necessary at this point. Like I said the Bilstein 5100 at the top setting feels fine at this point, tracks straight and steering is good on and off highway.

Other, maybe unrelated point, but if I were to just throw on the rear springs and shocks and not touch the front, would I need another alignment?
I did all four 5100's last week (front's at zero) with Eibach 1" rear springs and Toytec/Eibach 1.6" front springs. It gave me a much better ride, zero tire rub now, plus it kept a little rake. I tow frequently and didn't want the nose-high ride. You can mix and match with no issues.

Standard and TRD PRO UPDATE:
Front springs are wound and now in grinding! Rear springs are a step ahead in shot peen, so provided they pass all three load / length tests throughout their manufacturing processes, these will be complete in about two weeks. I have personally reviewed the priority list and see all 4Runner products are at the top.

Quickly scanning through this thread, it looks like everyone is getting a true 2.75” in the front? Most people running aftermarket UCA’s?

These will replace the fox front springs for the Pro?

That is correct. You'll have 1.6" lift in the front and 1.0" lift in the rear. The springs are coated RED to match your originals.

Do you know if the front springs will be sold separately? I'd like to pair them with a larger lift option in the rear. Thanks.

Mark the big question maybe you will be able to answer if you are testing these on a Pro now are you going to be able to clear 285’s? What’s the latest update. Thanks.

Every 285 is different, every 4runner is a bit different. I doubt eibach will guarantee all 285s will fit. 90% of people will have to trim bumper/liners and/or remove from flaps to fit 285s. If you don't want any modifications stick with 265s.

That being said, I have 285/70 at3w on trd wheels with stock fox shock and I had to push liner forward and remove front mud flaps or they rubbed at full lock.

YUP! Part number E30-82-071-03-20 is the pair of fronts only.

We have only confirmed fitment on factory wheel tire combination. Because of the thousands of wheel/tire combinations we generally are not able to confirm what exactly will fit. That being said, the chassis are all the same, thus, you could go hunt down the 285 on 2.5" lift thread and go from there.

Update on the rear adjustable springs
Success!
Got the replacement springs and that was the issue. Initial set had one weak spring.
One guy said he could adjust his on the rig and he is correct, you just need to buy a 15/16" and a 1/4" hardened round punch or metal stock and put a pipe over that for leverage. The supplied spanner wrench does not work, they just bend and snap

Yeah I agree all tires are different. I should have questioned if the Pro wheels with 285’s will clear. I know when I put on my SCS wheels 8.5 inch I tried to run Falkens stock size and returned them because of 3 sets of them balancing issues the passenger side at full lock would rub just a bit. But when I had my Nitto’s back on stock size on my SCS wheels no rub. It’s seems the more aggressive tire is going to rub. If I run 285’s I may go with the Nitto’s or new Toyo’s because of less aggressive tire. I’m not asking them to guarantee they will clear I’m just checking to see if they tested them yet.

From my experience they are middle of the road suspension. Not comparable to the giants like King and Icon but great for your daily driver/weekend off-roader.

Does anyone know where to find these kits on sale? Seems like the Memorial Day sales were really good... perhaps I should be patient and wait for a deal.

I’m planning on going with this kit and adding a .5” or even 1” rear spacer to maintain some rake.

Had my kit installed this week and couldn't be happier.
Ring set in the first position on the fronts.
SPC UCAs with caster at +3.8º
HeadStrong Off-Road 1/4" top plate spacer on the drivers side.
SCS F5s 17x8.5 with 285/70 Ridge Grapplers.
Needed to push the fender liner forward and trim but no BMC needed.
