I really like the Ironman pro forge uca. I’m running 2.25” of lift and got 4.7 caster. Drives so nice on the highway.

I wouldn't worry about it. That's a heavy piece of coiled steel. Figure 1st trip down a gravel road will knock some paint off it.

That is not normal wear from packaging. It looks as though it was dropped or damaged during the top-hat install.

I would suggest reaching back out, or if you don't care to wait, you can put some vehicle touch-up paint or even some nail polish to re-seal the area.

Our system of powder coating (multi-step) is designed to help protect from excessive corrosion spread under the coating if there is damage. That being said, it should still be sealed.

I reached out to the seller and was a little confused at the response I received. They states the coating flaking off was not "abnormal". They states it most likely was damaged during shipping. They further state that because the top hats came installed the manufacture (Eibach) says they cannot be returned or exchanged.

I'll be installing this lift with SPC UCA's, and 285/70/17 Ridge Grapplers on my stock TRD wheels on my new Venture. Can anyone point me to a caster setting I need to get it set at so it will minimize any trimming needed? I would like to stay away from doing a BMC if I can help it. Thanks!

Eibach patch

[GONE] Hi all, Eibach sent me a free patch a few months ago but I had the kit removed recently so wanted to pass the patch on. Send me a DM if anyone wants it for free, first DM will get it sent normal mail. Will mark this once someone claims it.

New Install

In recently installed the PRO-TRUCK LIFT SYSTEM (Stage 1) on my '08 Sport and have been happy with it. I installed the lift on the 1st (lowest) perch and thought that would eliminate the factory rake. The lift still looks good, I just need to determine if it's worth the work to un-install the front struts to change to the 2nd perch to balance things out a bit more.

Front: 21" from center hub to top of wheel well
Rear: 22.25" from center hub to top of wheel well

Hello I installed my kit on my 2020 Venture this weekend. I installed with SPC arms and only got 2.25 lift instead of the 2.75. Everything else on the vehicle is stock. Is this normal?

Got my kit installed. Loving the look and ride so far. Seems to be a big improvement both on and off road.

I have been looking as well. Went to pull the trigger yesterday and noticed no springs. Mildly disheartening. I got back and forth between this kit and a Ironman kit. Bahh

Here’s my lift. Not gonna lie... there is a slight reverse rake... but I’m not terribly OCD, and it doesn’t really bother me

hmm. that would really bother me. might have to go with the rear spacers.

folks running this lift without UCA's, any issues with getting it aligned?

It didn’t bother me too much with my dinky stock wheels, but once my SCS wheels went on with my alignment... it is quite significant now. Looks like I’m carrying 2 dead bodies in the trunk.

What did you guys do to fix the situation?
