If it doesn't improve, I'll have them check again. Like I said, I'm a bit new to all of this, so I have to go at their word.

Yes, this is common. Get a pic of the bottom of the front springs.

Where was the snap ring set? When I received mine it was set higher for added weight. Took me more time then I care to mention to figure it out. The instructions kind of contradict each other.

I will do so when I get better light. FWIW, the Eibach label printed on both front springs is right side up, if that matters. Does that, by chance, indicate if it's correct?
Edit: I just looked at the instructions online, and they indeed say that the logo on the springs should be right side up, so we should be good there.

For those comparing Falken Wildpeak's with BFG KO2's:
275/70/17 Falken C = 57.1 lbs
285/70/17 Falken E = 58.9 lbs
285/70/17 Falken P = 50.5 lbs
275/70/17 KO2 E = 55.18 lbs
285/70/17 KO2 C = 50.33 lbs
285/70/17 KO2 E = 57.87 lbs

That's not the part I was referring to. When you have a chance, take a picture of the bottom of the spring and how it sits on that plate that is resting on the snap ring. This will tell us if that plate is upside down or not.

Confirmed, your lower spring perches are 100% upside down. Also, the ball joint looks damaged (ball joint could just be bad picture).

Was that a new kit installed? Looks like they beat the hell out of it.

Dropping it off tomorrow morning. Appreciate all the help. Hopefully this will have a good outcome.
