Slider install trouble

So I am not naming the brand, but I think something is wrong with my slider. I got the bolts in all but two holes, but one is completely off with only half of the hole exposed. I've considered taking an automotive jack and trying to bend it into position, but I don't feel like this should be necessary. I put about 10 bolts in on that side, are the last two THAT big of a deal?

Some companies use 1 program template to cut out mounting plates for several different years and models.

That said I doubt they sent you the wrong sliders. And this is the very case you are seeing. I would reach out to the company that made them anyway.

Can you post a pic of the holes?

Are they close to each other? Or are they spread apart along the slider?

There's two plates on that side. I had one plate installed with all the bolts started and the front plate was so misaligned that I couldn't get any bolts in. So I took out what I needed to and bolted in the front. After this two holes in the back were misaligned. I think the back plate was welded wrong.

I have RCI sliders. When I installed them if I remember correctly I could get all 14 bolts in on the driver side but only 10 in on the passenger side. I called RCI and they said that this is normal and that 10 bolts is enough to secure the sliders. They seem solid to me.
