Ride height

Those Radflos and custom lower links look great! How is the ride-height with the Radflo custom shocks? Is it taller, or does it offer more clearance than a 3" OME lift?

Shocks don't affect ride height

sounds like it'll pull a bit less travel without the res. The res helps save room in the actual shock for more compression I believe.

Yep. Above the top of the travel of the piston needs to be room for an internal floating piston which separates the shock oil from the nitrogen, and space for the nitrogen. With a remote reservoir, the shaft can compress further into the shock body as the piston and nitrogen are in the reservoir.

No they have to have the reservoir to maintain the stock compressed length and add additional down travel.

Here they are !!!

Fork Lift Photos:

Full Bump Stop Stuff Up Front.

Still have 1" or so of upward compression. Would have needed to lift the front left at the same time to get that.

Got my bar installed last night. Easy install but Toyota really cranked the bolt at the frame attachment.

Look Great! On those bolts you want to loosen the head of the bolt with the washer, the nut has feet that dig into the steel. If you un-did the nut, that would make it much more difficult. All the rear link parts on these, 3rd gen, 4th gen and FJ's are all like this. Loosen the end with the washer, the other end has feet that dig in. Axle side only has the head.

Yes, I noticed that after I pulled it off. By Instinct I went for the nut side. A little leverage got it loose. New Sonoran Steel Product: KDSS High Articulation/Long Travel Trac/PanHard bar
