How much oil can a dipstick pump get?
Does it suck up most of the oil out or does it suck up all of the oil out? I just want to prepare myself if there is any significant amount of oil that I will still have to catch under the car.

Let me be more clear. I want to know if there is still a lot of oil in there when I unbolt the drain plug underneath the truck.

Why not just drain it all from bellow? Drain pan is $5 at Walmart.

Or better yet get yourself a Fumoto and drain right back into your last oil change jugs, one step and done.
I frankly don't understand how using a dipstick vac could get more oil out than removing the plug. Maybe it does? Dunno, but posted for sub'

For a purchase like this, I generally read online reviews, such as those posted on Amazon. After reading the 1-star and 2-star reviews, I rapidly come to my senses and realize that a cheap 12 volt pump with plastic hose will likely be a waste of money.
We may reduce the US trade deficit by not buying krap stuff we do not need, that doesn't work well and breaks easily. If I buy something imported, it must have outstanding product reviews or a lifetime warranty.

I'm not sure on the 4R engine but I used one on a big block Chevy engine when I had a 26ft. Baja offshore boat . One time just to see how good it did when it was finished pumping I got down in the bilge and removed the drain plug . Nothing came out .And I mean nothing .

Geez, Why all the hate? Why can't I get a simple answer? I just wanted to use this system so I can easily and neatly dispose of the used oil instead of the two step process. Draining into a pan then putting it into a jug.

What you ask really isn't a common question. I actually hadn't heard of this until the other day. Not that I am not curious about it 
From the looks of it you still need to remove the spent oil from the pump and into a jug (at least the one that I saw had its own reservoir), so it is still a two-step process.

You could pump it out, check the drain, and put it back in, in pretty short order.

On my Waverunner the only way to change the oil is to pump it out from the top. No way to get to a drain plug. I use a hand pump designed for this purpose and it really woks good. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I used one on my BMWs, it got out everything although I would still empty from the plug on occasion to get any sludge and check for any metal on the magnetic plug. Mine had volume markers so it was really easy to see if it worked, you know what you out in from the previous change and you could check to see what it pulled out
