Bump this my 2013 has a 2" lift in the rear are these brackets necessary for a particular height lift? If so which setting would be ideal?

Thank you in advance.

are they necessary? Thats up to you. If you are getting rear bumpsteer or butt wiggle on road when you hit freewway expansion joints then probably yes.

If you are getting fishtailing while offroading in 4hi mobbing it through the desert, than probably yes.

Does your OCD kick in, when you notice that your rear passenger tire sticks out half a inch from your driver side...then probably yes.

Issues with panhard geometry didn't become apparent to me until I went with a super stiff rear spring that pushed my rear end up 3 inches unloaded, and made the rear end a bit more sensitive to changes in the road. Most people don't have this problem.

Probably hole closest to axle. You can always just crawl under vehicle and mock up the bracket against your panhard while the vehicle is on the ground. Goal is to get the bar as close to PARALLEL with the axle.

I have one on order. I recently installed a adjustable panhard bar and that fixed all the above problems that the PCK does, but its more of a bandaid solution. When i say bandaid, it fixes all the problems the PCK does on day to day driving, but all the problems come back when i play in the desert.

If i had to do it all over again, i'd get the PCK over the adjustable panhard bar.

I don't yet but will...your experience (and my OCD) sold me on this. A stunningly simple solution to an aggravating issue.
I already carry almost 300lbs permanently installed extra weight over the rear axle. The new trailer will have a 250=- lb tongue weight. New 600lb over stock Dobinsons rear coils with airbags for good measure. This will allow me to level the panhard rod with OR without the trailer. Very cool.
Ordered!

What's this diff from OEM hole to lowest hole on the PCK? There's no real guideline on what the holes are for lift height wise.
Got my 3in/2in lift and wondering if this is needed. Anyone have experience with this on a 2 in rear lift?

just take a peak under your car, if your panhard is not leveled, then you may benefit from this mod.

for me, with a 3 inch lift in the rear, i went to the top hole, so probably the middle hole for a 2 inch lift, but every car is different.

I'll be bringing my vehicle down to 2 inches soon but probably keep the panhard where it is.

Anyone able to confirm the middle hole for 2 in. lift?

Thanks

Just received my PCK.
Has anyone used this with an adjustable panhard rod to correct thrust?
Can anyone confirm which rod works?
I would think raising the contact would need a shortened rod as I don't see the hole offset slightly to compensate for length of the rod.

Hi there, just saw this one - first, adjust your panhard back to stock length, then use the hole that gets you closest to level without the axle end being higher than the frame end, at your typical load level.

If you want to measure your actual rear lift height (as far as the PCK is concerned) then take the delta between the height of the axle end (factory hole) and the frame end.

oh, - and thanks for the order!

Thinking of ordering one for the 4th gen. I have a 1 inch lift because of all the gear I carry. I might switch to stiffer springs in the future. Anyone have experience changing holes and is it easily done? I first need to find a welder in NorCal too. Recommendations appreciated.
