I have run 305's on a 9" +1 offset rim with SPC UCA's without rubbing. However, it took a ton of cutting, caster out to 5* and a BMC to achieve it and the tire was very close to the UCA. (I think a full bumper makes it easier too as you don't have to worry about the front at all.) I think it's much easier to fit a 285/75 which is the same diameter but .8 inch narrower.
Although, the 305's did look really bad a$$.
