Attach a pic with what you have; We'll chime in.

I just looked at what I have and I am a bit more confident than before. But I invite the extra eyeballs to confirm my bundle is complete.

I just finished tonight the install of the aluminum version on my TRD Pro. You have everything for the install that I used from looking at your pictures. I took my time & did it over two days with some help here & there mainly attaching & aligning the gaps on the bumper. I had to drop the TRD skid plate in order for the bumper to slide right in which was unexpected. I later reattached the skid plate but it feels like its sitting pretty snug under the aluminum bumpers skid plate - I didn't think this would be an issue because I did not hear people talk about it. Trying to figure out what I was going to do with the fender liners took some creativity because i didn't want to cut the liners. I ended up not cutting them & tucking them under the bumper & using zip ties to hold them in place. I installed a Baja Designs S8 LED bar in the bumper & a pair of Baja Designs Squadron Sports as fog lights. Just take your time & enjoy it. If you are installing fog lights or an LED bar, install them before you install the bumper & then make final adjustments of the lights at the end. If you can, use some anti-seize on the bolts to make removing or adjusting the bumper or lights easier in the future.

Quick question - the tie in plates for the top grille - where do they bolt on to? Anyone have more pics on how they work?

The tie down plates (2 of them) screw on to the metal crossmember (support bracket) that runs from left to right & holds down ur upper portion of the TRD Pro grill that remains. They basically just grab onto the upper grill to prevent it from moving back & forth. If you tighten them too much, your grill will noticeably show it’s leaning forward. I can’t post pictures here yet but U can DM on Instagram under chapo_and_sosa for pics.
I went with a Baja S8 in the bumper & Baja sport squadrons as fogs plus Baja S2’s as rear chase lights on my roof rack.
How’s the gap between your bumper & headlights? I had to play with it for a bit to get it right. I also had to drop the front of my TRD Pro skid plate to install my bumper which it doesn’t state in the instructions.

Ohhhh, ok, that makes sense - thank you! I haven't installed mine yet, still waiting for fogs.

I'll post pics once it is installed, most likely sometime next weekend.

Ok, so did the first test fit. It somehow feels that the gaps on the sides are too big.

Would anyone be able to post pics on how the bumper meets up with the side fenders?

I just picked my vehicle up from the installer. Here's how my install looks. I asked them to address the tight fit on the driver's side where the bumper nearly meets the fender. They quickly tried but were unable to get it to allow for a wider gap. They have to install the lights and winch in about 4-6 months once I have the cash and so they said they would address it at that time (I won't be offroading before then.)

Any feedback on the pictures would be greatly appreciated.

I haven't decided how I feel about it yet.

Looks like there is something pressing against the bumper. Unless they messed the bracket up during manufacture. Can you take pics of the mating surface between the bumper and the frame?

The fitment on that looks seriously rough. I'm really quite surprised that those massive gaps ever passed a quality review by the manufacturer at prototyping. I'm sorry to say that but I'd be irate if mine had that end result. The contoured lines to match the headlights are great and if it all lined up I think it'd be a world of difference. Looking at the front seams it doesn't appear to have a spare 1.5 inch rear shift needed to line better with the fenders. It may be time to test the fab skills of a local metal shop to get that looking like it should.

Do you have a full front shot...perhaps its just the pic angles that are exaggerating the gaps

Any update here? Just got a bumper cheap without the hardware

So you don't have any of the brackets, or just not the bolts?

Any chance anyone has measurements on the additional pieces for mounting? The two guards, the small aluminum plates, and the mountain pieces? May need to fab them myself… also the bolt sizes would be huge if they aren’t just reused from the stock bumper?

None of the bolts and none of the brackets. Got a screaming deal from Facebook marketplace.
