For the first time since November 2020, the Dobinsons UCA's are finally back in stock!!!

Anyone who has been incredibly patient and waiting all this time, they're shipping out today and over the next couple of days. But the great news is that there is a ton more in stock also, so if you're in the market for some ridiculously beefy UCA's, check these out!!

4Runner UCA's by Dobinsons also suit GX470 GX460 and FJ Cruiser

The less lift you have, the more caster you can get in it.

What UCA's are you running now?
Same story here in Phoenix.

Caps

Has anyone had issues with the o-ring caps falling off? It looks like they just press in and aren’t threaded. Is there a groove that they snap tight into?

Thanks for the reply’s,

Dave

A sealed ball joint undoubtedly lasts a really long time. Anyone with a 5th Gen running stock UCA's for over 100K miles? I doubt they have ever touched their upper ball joints. That's why we used exactly the same kind as stock, since they'll never have to be touched.
Mike, what is the highest lift you recommend I can run with Dobinson UCAs before the Camber creates tire wear from too much lift?

I am running C59-302 coils on GS59-574 struts plus a diff kit. How much front lift should that give me in theory on a 2018 SR5P with factory bumper and no winch?

I'm currently on C59-505 rears and I have negative rake. I need to lower the front or raise the rear. Otherwise, I'm getting some tire wear on outer edges despite using full adjusted SPC UCAs.

The SPC's you have now have all the adjustment to get it dialed in right. The Dobinsons UCA's have no adjustment, so you wouldn't get it as dialed with those.

I'd say your alignment isn't correct if you're still getting tire wear.

3.5" is the max lift Dobinsons suggests with their parts and UCA's. Camber can get dialed in by the tech, but the more camber it needs, it takes caster away.

You're probably at 23-23.5" from hub to fender on the front with that setup and no additional weight.

You can add one of these to both sides on the back to gain 1/2"
