I have a speedohealer. Works great, it's weird driving with a perfectly accurate speedometer instead of being off 8mph when driving 80mph with 35" tires.

I was recently looking for the speed on my nav unit as well after changing to 275/70-17's. I finally gave up and used the Waze app on my phone. Turns out to be right on now at 65 mph.

Sometimes being off 3-5 mph from what you think you are driving (when exceeding posted limit) can result in a traffic ticket.
