Danny from XenonDepot said 3 and 9 o’clock. Mine were in this position out of the box. No adjustment needed.

Installed mine as well today. Had to clock mine though. Drivers side is giving me the most trouble as I'm super anal about the alignment. I'll give it another shot tomorrow.

yippee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!

Got mine yesterday and put them in. No angle adjustment needed out of the box they work great. Nice having the DRL on dim LED and full blast on hi-beam.

These are great! Thank you Xenon-Depot for this driver!!!

I am so happy that ALL of my outer bulbs are LEDS. Just wish Toyota did this from the factory.

Blows my mind that they can put LED headlights from the factory on the RAV4 but not the 4Runner.

Oh, well.

I got mine in and found a dark dirt road. They are a LOT brighter than stock. They are a cooler temp than the 4.3k Phillips HIDs I have in my lows. Not a big difference though and they complement them well.

I know I should have gotten before and after photos but I was so excited to try them out. And now I'm afraid of breaking the fins... Sorry...

Just received my LED package and was going to tackle this today or tomorrow.

I received 2 different pair of LED drivers. Neither match the drivers in the first post.

One pair is larger with 25W for power and the other pair is listed as ~20W for power.

Any guesses as to which pair is the correct one?

XD is closed over the weekend else I would give them a call.

Thanks

Use the pair which came in the separate box marked for DRL (not the pair in the box with the lights) It says DRL Driver on them (25W). Just got my set as well, seems they ship the original ones for the kit too as well as the new product. Trying to find some time this weekend myself

Thanks again for the reply. Just installed them and they look great! I'm seeing spots right now as I was looking directly at them ensuring I didn't see any flicker during DRL...and I don't!. The HB's will be tested tonight, but I'm sure they will surpass the stock halogen HB's. My lights are all setup now... HIDs for LB, LED for DRL/HB, LED fogs and they all match in color intensity. I may tackle the amber turns with DiodeDynamic white/amber LEDs, but that is for another day.

Again, thank you for the response.
Scott

Yeah top marks for the DD Switchback front turn signals, I replaced mine as soon as I got the vehicle (one year ago now) and they are great, much prefer the white outer look coming head on rather than the ambers but to each their own. You won't be disappointed with them.

Cheers...

@XenonDepot great kit! Had them on now for a few days and drove at night with the HBs was well as during dusk when my DRLs were on.

You nailed it. No flicker. They look great for DRLs. They don't blind oncoming traffic during early morning and evening. The HBs throw out much more light than the OEM halogens.

Well done.

Scott

Glad to see you are happy with the new DRL LED Drivers for the Xtreme LED Pro kits!

I'll do it this weekend if someone doesn't do it before me. For color temp this is a comparison on stock HB and XD HB's. Like decade old tech on driver side...compared to new(er) tech on passenger side. I have DD LB HIDs 6K temp. The DRLs are the same temp, just lower intensity.

Just installed these with the LED extreme pros for my hi beams. They're not quite as bright at the 35w saber LEDs I had in there previously. Definitely better DRL performance, but I feel like I can still sense some flicker which is noticeable if you wave your hand in front of the light. I suspect they run a higher pulse frequency than the sabers, but by nature have to be pulsed to make them maintain a constant current in the on state.

That's not good to hear. I currently have the 35W saber LEDs with DRL disabled. I just placed an order for the Xenondepot LED extreme pros and the DRL drivers. My order notification says they are backordered. Not sure how long...

Was thinking this would be an improvement being able to use DRL without flicker, but maybe not now? Any others seeing the same?
