I bought the aluminum front bumper from them last year.
A month after I ordered and paid, they emailed me saying they needed an extra $300ish for shipping. I told them their website had shipping included. They said it did not, so I sent them a screenshot of a mock order and it had $0 for shipping. They said it was an error and a couple of days later it was fixed. I redid a mock order and it listed shipping as $200 and I asked them why they were requesting $300. They told me that there was still an error. I threatened to cancel order, but they would honor the $200 price. I reluctantly agreed.
A couple weeks later I received the bumper. Installed it that night.
Quality and fitment was horrible. It is too far to the passenger side. Diver side is touching headlight housing, and you can stick your hand in the passenger side on between bumper and headlight housing. First they told me that their specs fluctuate .25", but this error is almost 2 inches. The bumper is slightly adjustable up and down, but no real side to side movement. So then they said the vehicle must have been in an accident. It was a 2017 with 5000 miles on it. Also, light bar cover (to fill hole on bumper if you don't have a light bar) had the brackets welded on terribly and would not fit, at all.
I complained more after that and they agreed to give me a $200 discount, which was never sent/received.
A couple months after having the bumper the "grill" part was rusted terribly. I know companies don't usually warranty powder coating, but I took this to get redone locally and the company doing it could not believe how horrible the powder coating was. There are a few spots on the bumper itself that o painted because it wasn't even coated.
Quality and fitment was horrible, they blamed the vehicle, and partial refund was never received.
Bumper looks terrible in person when you get within 20 feet and is embarrassing considering total cost was $2500
Good riddance to this company.
