No it does not void any warranties. That's the beauty of both of these items. And the Sprint Booster just targets and fixes the drive by wire module, which means even if the dealer plugs into the ODBII connection under the dash, it doesn't even show up on a scan.
Burtman Industries S&B intake
Burtman Industries Sprint Booster, sale ends soon!
I do have other intakes, aem, etc, but they are over $150 more and the S&B works better from the testing, which allows my customers to have more money left over for other things like Sprint Boosters.

I came across the S&B CAI for the 4runner while looking on youtube. Did a search on here and found this thread. I'm definitely thinking of getting this a little later. Was gonna ask if it voided any warranties, but you said it didn't. I may still ask my dealership since I've got the extended warranty and wouldn't want to affect that.

I think I know the answer with my stellar searching ability, but has one installed the S&B intake and have a compressor in their engine bay? Just curious as this is the intake I think I want to get but don't want to limit a compressor install down the road potentially.
Or is the only way to do that right to get the TRD intake?

First time poster and new member. Be gentle on me. Haha
I've been looking at the SB CAI for my new baby. Searched through this thread as well as the Black Friday 2020 20+ page thread looking for any references to sales on the SB CAI and haven't found any deals mentioned in the past.
Anyone ever see this go on sale?

Never. I bought mine in may '19 hoping there would be a Memorial day sale. Nope. $299 OTD.

Order links above. I'm also happy to report this intake was just updated with a newer design and in stock. They've been on backorder for quite some time with Covid, but now have them and they are ready to ship. See links above.

Just ordered the S&B shipping was taking a bit longer than normal so Jason offered me a discount on a Sprint Booster ... it’s little things like that that make shopping from small businesses worth it.... So far I am pleased with my choice of going through Burtman Industries... was definitely apprehensive at first but once the ball started rolling Jason has been very responsive and helpful and has kept me updated and well abreast of the status of my products... And as an added bonus I’m pretty sure I got the Last intake before S&B put them on back order

Wanted to report back after one month of having my S&B CAI installed. Gas mileage is up about 1.3-1.5 MPG from about 50/50 city-highway driving. Definitely a nice howl at higher RPMs. Coupled with my TRD exhaust, I'm really enjoying the sound. Not much noticeable difference in power.

Just curious if you had another aftermarket filter previously or upgraded from stock. I'm currently using a K&N stock replacement unit and am wondering if the upgrade is worth the money.

I switched to my AFE Momentum after using the K&N drop in filter and it was a very noticeable difference

Upgraded from stock. After additional observation it looks like 1.2-1.3 MPG is an accurate number.
