Will it fit? : BFG T/A KO2 - SIZE: LT285/75R17

TRD-Pro.
I have a "3.5" lift right now (Over Stock). Still on stock UCA until Christmas.."Come on Santa!!" Anyway, I have 285/70/17 BFG's right now and of course there is no rubbing. Does anyone know if I will have any issues with the taller 75% profile? From Center of hub to fender measures 24.5" right now. After letting the Kings coils settle for about 500 miles. It doesn't look like I will have any issues, but it is hard to judge what being placed in different scenarios will do.

I run 285/75/17 on my 2011, 2" spacer in the front with a stock rear. Adding Wheeler Offroad T13's this weekend, just to eliminate sag. No problems with rubbing, once I took off my front mudflaps.

Good deal. I think I will be fine, but it never hurts to ask. I removed my front flaps a while back ago on a boulder...LOL. So those won't be a problem. I will be installing OME coils this weekend. 895E coils with 1.5" rear Cornfed spacer that is already back there to take the sag out. I wanted to see what I was going to be dealing with once the front settled before I set the rear up.

See if your tire shop can order one in for you to try on. The Discount Tire I deal with does this for me.

You've got King suspension at 3.5" lift and stock UCA's? Do yourself a favor and buy UCA's before worrying about your tires. Truck will drive much better.

Unless they run really small (which BFG tires often do) they will most likely require a body mount chop just to turn. They will almost certainly require one if you want to leave the pavement.

For a reference here's three tires all mounted and aired up.
From left to right 285/70/17, 285/75/17, and 275/60/20. You'll note how the 285/75/17 jumps up a good bit in tire height.

It actually drives no different than it did stock. Of course the springs are firmer, but there is no wandering, or anything odd. Alignement isn't far off either. I race cars as a hobby, so I have tools to check and adjust alignment to a point. I have adjusted what I can adjust to the following. Hell, It drives fantastic. That surprised me. I was expecting it to be a handful at highway speeds. I set the cruise to 75mph, and it is as smooth as before. No fibrations, shaking, etc.

Toe : .40 on both sides
Caster : 2.1 L - 2.2 R
Camber : -1.0 L - -1.1 R

The camber concerns me the most, as I can't fix that, but overall I am not as far out of spec as I would have thought.

FWIW, I won't be getting tires until around the time I get UCA's, which I stated in the OP that I was getting. I start shopping around early to get the best deal on tires. I'm two months out from buying and probably 3 months out from needing them..

Nice illustration. I might just stick with the 285/70/17 size that I have been running on. It is't worth having unforeseen issues just to gain what? 1/2 inch of clearance at most when aired down?

You’ll be eating the inside of the tires fairly quick with camber that low. Some SPC UCAs would fix that no problem. It’s toed in a quite a bit as well.

I should also Clarify, this isn't a complete KING system. I have King 14" springs (650lb.. Hence the stiffness), and Bilstein 5100 front shocks. Right now in the rear I just have 1.5 spacers, but I have a box of OME coils I just picked up today that will be leveling out the rear for me...for the most part.

As you can see in the image below..I have a low ass. Given, this is right after throwing the front end together. So, it has settled about an inch. I'm anxious to see how it sits once I add the rear coils. It should be level, as my measurements this morning show the rear being exactly 2" low.. Measured center of hub to fender. As you can see from the mud...I did some testing, and damn if it isn't great offroad.

Will the CV's be okay at 3.5 inches as well? -1 camber aint too bad as long as the toe and caster are okay.

Another idea... Any knowledge of how one of the few 295/70/17's would fit in the well?

Lets get a shot of those CV angles. If I am reading your post correctly you have a 4.5 inch lift (all in) in the front. The diff drop won't be an appreciable drop/angle.
