Here go. Autohome Gobi and FrontRunner Slim Line II
Had the Autohome Columbus on Gobi stealth with two Yakima crossbars for about a month. Since thegobi crossbar do not level with the rack side rails, you can't really mount the RTT on the rails without modding and make the crossbar level with the rack side rails. I didn't do that.
I used the cross adapter and the yakima crossbars so the Autohome would sit on the yakima corssbars, but it still not quite ideal. Since Autohome shell constructed from fiberglass, it come with two mounting rail which is also acted as the load frame, the other part does flex when there is load on them. Ideal mounting would be to have the Autohome sit on a completely flat surface.
Since I want to be able to mount Rhinorack Batwing Awning and carry a table, I went with Frontrunner slimline II with extra wide platform and mounting accessories. To me this is ideal.

Autohome Columbus Variant Small with Gobi Stealth, rise, removable crossbars.
The tent is on the smaller side but fits perfectly on the rack, not much overhang on the sides and the tailgate is fully operable. The round crossbars don't provide the best mount but you can get aftermarket square tubing that would be a little bit better. All in all no complaints.

Thank you, your rig looks awesome. Was it just a case of lifting the tent up dropping it on then adding the bolts for the roof bars? I have never removed the bars. Any tips for mounting the bars with the tent on? I am guessing you take the bars off the rack mount them onto the tent without the bar bolts in then lift it up and add the lower bar brackets.

Ikamper skycamp 2.0 fits on Gobi rack with rise. Those are 85.8 inches long. Leaves about an inch of clearance from the spoiler when the tailgate is up. So anything shorter should fit as well.

Good to know. I'm looking at a CVT Mt. Hood which is 85" long and I have a Gobi with rise.

This is 83" long. How much clearance between the tent and the hatch when open? Any more room to move it forward?

Did you use the 2.0 factory fitting hardware and Gobi standard crossbars? Any alterations needed? The tent does look pretty awesome on the 4Runner.
