Specific shock/lift question

Apologies for yet another shock question, but I couldn't glean answers after hours reading threads.

I have a 2018 TRD ORP and will be taking it on desert washboard roads, rocky roads, and rough trails on vacations. The problem is that my wife hates getting slung back and forth on the slow trails and she wants to come along (a good thing).

Which shocks are best at reducing the lateral cocktail shaker effect while going over slow rocky trails/roads --as opposed to fast driving off road?

I was initially thinking of the usual Bilstein 6112/5160 pairing, with maybe SAW rear springs, and no more than 1.25" lift in front, 1" back (with stock size AT tires). But I keep hearing that King is way better (and more cash). Is one, both, or neither going to handle this particular type of terrain and speed better? The goal is to put the side to side rocking first, washboard roads second, in terms of valving (of which I know nothing).

4R weight is a little over stock with sliders, aluminum skids, rear cargo tray.

I'm not a mod...yet... but I'm fairly sure you just need to read through here to weigh your options 5th Gen 4Runner Lift Buyers Guide

that said, I used to have the 6112 and 5160s on my truck with Icon 2" rear coils and they are valved way stiffer than Icon 2.5s I would think either Icon or kings would give you better side to side dampening, especially with adjustable valving, but expect to pay more.

side note, pretty sure my 5160s are leaking slowly as I have noticeably more body roll in the rear, especially on the passenger side. probably upgrading to icon's soon to match my coilovers. Its a fairly common problem.

Thanks, I looked at the thread. So, softer shocks are better for controlling sway in slow rocky roads. Coupled with softer springs (for example stock ones?

I wasn't sure if digressive or progressive valving affects the situation.
Bummer that the Bilsteins don't seem to last.
