Front Drivers Side noise

I noticed this last Sunday that when I have my windows down I have a strange noise coming from the front drives side wheel area. When the truck is in motion you here a squeaking noise that is very rhythmic with the turning of the wheel. The noise is unaffected by turning the car or driving over a bump. It is occurring at any speed even at less than 5 mph in a flat parking lot. Took it to the dealer today and they changed the front breaks which did not fix the issue the tech said it was the brake shims and they would order some but I still am not sure I believe that since it occurs when the breaks are pressed which I would think would stop them from moving around. I am attaching a video of the sound. If any of you have some insight that would be great.

Your noise is most likely caused by the plastic clip fasteners for the rubber splash guard. You'd be surprised of the squeaking those things can produce once that piece of rubber starts flapping around. I didn't bother asking a dealership to replace those and did this instead. Been 2 years, no issues.

Could be the dust shield on the front brake contacting the rotor.

Did you do this to all the fender clips or just that one?

I did the two on the top side of the driver side wheel well, the rest weren't squeaking.
That being said, I just saw your video link, seems the noise is consistent with the rotation of the tire so it'll probably end up being something else. The squeaking I had was at a higher speed.

I'd love to hear what you figure out about this. I've got a similar noise that I can't figure out.
