Hey, do you happen to know the weight difference between the stock skid plate and your options?

I don't have the exact weights, but I'd say ours is probably about 30 or 40 pounds? Stock is like 5? Just rough guess.

Have you tried out any aftermarket accessories with the cross bars, such as ski racks, kayak racks, etc?

The nice part is that I can just drill holes to work, but I imagine they are too thick for most of the OEM clamps that come with the racks.

Also really glad to see an NC product on the market!

For those with the crossbars what size bolts are you using to mount accessories?

What is the time frame looking like for the black friday cross bars? Looking forward to putting those on. Thanks!

I've enjoyed every interaction I've had with you guys. I hope to be ordering a 7/8th rack, Light mount, and skid plate soon.

I think the stock is closer to 20lbs, it feels a bit lighter in my opinion because of the way that it hooks and swings up to bolt and doesn't require you to really hold the entire weight of the skid. I'm interested to see what the weight is of the wide skid plate I just got, I'll be posting install pics and numbers this wknd

Just depends on when you fell in the order queue. We got a large batch in last week from powder, but it isn't enough for all the orders. We're packing and shipping in chronological order, so you may see it soon, or it may be a few weeks still.

It could be, and there are two of them you're replacing, so that adds a bit more too. It's been about 3 years since I first removed my stock one for the TRD skid, so I may be misremembering it.
