The victory ladder does look very clean but after looking through some install instructions I think you have to drill into the hatch. Im not a fan of that.
Thanks for the suggestion though.

C4 Ladder fitment off, gouged out area behind tabs

So far I have narrowed it down to the obvious Gobbi or Baja and even the Greenlane offroad ladder.
We have the Green Lane OR ladder for over a year now on our rig with the LFD Off Road Dual Swing Rear Bumper. We love the combination, and haven't had any problems!

I saw your post about your greenlane ladder. You had it for almost a year now right? Do you have more pictures? And you mentioned that your hatch does open but slowly. Habe you gotten new struts yet? Does it anglento the side or does it come straight down like Gobi ladder? So far it does look good.
I like gobi bc it is the cheapest so far but has long wait time (8-12wks), which is what everyone is saying. So i shouldnt be too surprised.

Most of my recent pics you can't see it too well because of the swing arms on the rear bumper. I'll see if I can't snap a shot later today. It does angle in slightly to follow the lines of the rear window, but you don't notice it when you are climbing up and down. The ladder is one of those add-on features we use constantly. It is actually to the point that I can't imagine having any SUV without it.

Nope - I am still on the original hatch struts. The hatch does open slowly still, but I actually have learned to live with it. It still opens all the way, and a little push will make it go quickly.

Having seen the Baja, Gobi, C4, and Green Lane ladders all in-person; I definitely feel like the Green Lane ladder is the best pick. It doesn't wiggle or shift. There is no drilling needed. The welds look fantastic. Most importantly, I've had zero issues with it... ...its just there. I haven't had to mess with it since I installed it.

As I been doing my own research, my brother had went ahead and just ordered the Gobi rack for me. So I will be an owner of a Gobi ladder in 8-12weeks.

I sincerely appreciate everyone's thoughts and input.

I finally pulled the trigger on an LFD aluminum front skid after procrastinating far too long.

There are lots of great sponsors on here who build really nice stuff, but day-um, LFD really came through for me with exceptional customer service! I serve on the board for a non-profit senior center, and we have been working hard to get shut-in seniors out to socialize safely after months of being secluded. I am working on setting up an outdoor event were they can safely sit and chat, and really needed some strong crossbars to carry lots of materials. LFD was out of the aluminum ruggedized bars, so they sent me stainless bars FedEx so I am ready to work this weekend. BTW, I did not tell them why I was in need of them so quickly- they just took care of business. Great company, great people, outstanding quality products.

@bigguy02 A couple weeks ago, I emailed LFD and asked if they had any plans to offer aluminum tranny and transfer case skids and was told as of now they have no plans for either. Only an aluminum front skid available for now, but I would love more aluminum skid offerings from LFD.

You may get a faster/better response through their traditional means of contact (email, etc)

Would there be any fitment issues with the LFD 7/8 rack and a gobi ladder?
