Bad wheel bearings are easy to check. Just jack the suspect wheel up and rotate by hand feeling for slop, roughness, noise.
First I would check your tires for feathered or sawtooth wear on outside. Have you changed your shocks? At 101K mikes the OEM shocks are gone which will lead to feathered or saw tooth wear and the sound and vibration you’re describing.
