While I don't doubt you, make sure you read the oil right. A lot of people misread the level on these vehicles. Here's some tips.
1) Check w/ engine warm greater than 5 minutes after shutting off engine
2) Leave dipstick out while waiting 5 minutes to allow oil in dipstick to drain back down, makes it easier to read (won't be splotchy)
Dealer service centers are hit or miss. Hopefully you have another close enough to you. Even if you do your own maintenance (which I recommend), you never know when you might have to get an airbag replaced (recall) or have a warranty issue. I still want a place or at least a person I can trust. You can also decline the "free" multi-point inspection so they don't go poking around in your filters and what not.
