Small Blue Plastic Pieces Blowing from Air Vents

Bought SR5 new in 2017. From day one I had these light blue plastic pieces blowing from air vents with heat and a/c. Like someone forgot to unwrap a new part before installing it somewhere in the ventilation system. This is the latest deposit from today.

You have a mouse living near your blower motor.

Pull the cabin air filter (from the back of the glove box) and look in there.

That's odd hopefully not a mouse or some type of critter chewing things up

Thanks for the ideas.

I pulled the glove box air filter. Other than a few pieces of a small leaf, no sign of mouse and also no sign of any blue plastic pieces. That means the blue plastic material is coming from a place that does not follow the air flow through the glove box air filter.

Airflow from the outside air vents and recirculating airflow from inside the cabin both go through the glove box filter. The plot thickens.

I have buddy that once was complaining about his Acura RSX smelling so badly inside and it got worse when the heat was on. I asked if he ever changed his cabin air filter...and he hadn't since new (had over 100k by now). He pulled the filter and it was completely filled with dog food. A mouse was stealing dog food and storing it...
