Does anyone else find is super weird that he named the business after his own son and then did a bunch of shady shit with it? I feel like if I was going to tie my kids name to a business I’d be even more motivated to make sure that name is seen in a positive light.

I'm sure there's a good reason, but why would anyone order stuff like this from a middleman? You can go directly to SSO's or any other vendors website and order from there. Are these middlemen getting you a better deal (doubtful, because how are they making money)? It seems like adding a step when you don't have to.

A screen shot of an email means nothing, as proof do this:

Take an old email and hit 'forward' and VOILA!---> You can edit the old email and take a screen shot of it showing anything you want.

Good customer service isn't hard to pull off.
Bad customer service will ruin a business.
