Haha - you know, I thought I was going to go bronze wheel route, but after I Pshop'd it I've decided against it. Looked better before the bronzing:

I really like the gunmetal wheels, but with that Green, I think Black is the only option. Green is a tough color - Green and Black is just harmonious - no need to fight it.

Gunmetal on the Grays and Silvers would look sick - darker blue as well.

2.5" is probably the most common lift height with 275/70r17 being the safe limit for the stock TRD Pro wheels. Some guys run 285/75r17s though, but the min suggested wheel width is 7.5 for anything bigger than 275/70.

For those that want to take a look, crazy dealer from NC posted a video comparing a 19 and 20. Poor dude that took delivery seemed like he may have been forced into the video.
