Hoping that's just a Canada-spec change and not for USA. We should know this week.

Would be willing to spend little extra on this vs going aftermarket to keep a stock look. Wife is looking into a gx460 and passing the 4runner to me.

Neither do I. But I just leave it down.

Yeah the 3rd row in the 4runner is so small it seems like only kids that would require a car seat could sit back there, but it would be such a pain to even get a car seat back there. I don't see the point. But maybe you can stuff larger kids back there than it seems.

The Canadian specs are different from the U.S. For example, no 2WD models.
Even the color choices are different - note that Magnetic Grey is a new Nightshade package color in Canada for 2020. It is available on the Nightshade in 2019 in the U.S.
Ironically, I remember the same thing happening before the 5th Gen officially launched 10 years ago. Canadian specs were leaked first and people jumped to conclusions that were debunked when the U.S. specs were released.

Sure, but some information is better than no information for all of us waiting. Like I said, speculation about new trims was able to be confirmed, even if they're different configurations regionally.
Honestly, what I'm more surprised about is, with all the hardcore US users we have on this forum, not a single person is able to get the order sheet from their dealer before some random guy in Canada?!

Americans are like the millennials of the rest of the world.
We let other people do all the work and then criticize their work on the internet.

Just to clarify: I’m not downplaying having the Canadian info and am appreciative that it was shared. I just wanted to point out that there have been differences between the Canadian and U.S. specs in the past, so things like the removal of the 2-row Limited trim should not be assumed in the U.S. specs.

I put the OEM fogs on my LE. You got to take the entire front end off to get them on (at least for the LE) but it’s worth it. Nice upgrade.

Looks like our resale value just went up quite a bit.

I'm buying a 2020 as soon as possible, trading in my 2012 F150 that is starting to make a timing chain rattle again at 124K miles (dealer originally did the TSB for the fix at 91K miles, so I'm not going to put another $3K into fixing it).
I'm really excited about the minor changes in the 2020, especially the Android Auto on the 8" screen along with the push-button start. I generally walk with a cane these days so not having to grab my keys out of my pocket will be a nice change.
I'll be getting an Off-Road Premium. Can't wait!

Seems like an embargo must have just lifted, there are quite a few "reviews" that came out all this morning.
