That allows you to watch YouTube videos while driving and not ramming the back of another car whilst doing so.
So the Sequoia gets a bigger screen and a few technology updates without any major powertrain upgrades and it is now a "beast"??? Will that marketing work?

So all 2020 have electric power steering due to safety sense? And they just put safety sense in so they can say the full Toyota lineup has it...

Everyone that really loves army green should just say you hate it! Going to be paying that mark up price! I bet the msrp goes up a couple grand but shouldn’t for stuff that needed to be changed a long time ago!

Yes, TSS-P and the new infotainment will be standard on all the 2020 4Runner, Tacoma, Tundra and Sequoia, but the screens for the lower trim levels may be a little smaller than on the Pro or Limited.

No. The 4Runner will keep the hydraulic power steering. The lane keep assist in not on all TSS-P cars, only those with electric power steering. You can have TSS-P without it and I doubt Toyota went that far with the changes if they couldn't even add LED headlights.

Same. Drove an IS-F with DRCC for a week and hated that feature. I'd much rather cruise control stay at the same speed because 90% of the time I can move over a lane without slowing down.

It makes steering to another line harder since you are slowed down first. New screen and android access are nice additions but don't feel I have to have it.

Again, I agree with all of the above. The addition of an eight speed transmission and some extra horsepower would make me envious.

Cancelled 2019 pre-order and getting 2020 TRD Pro Army Green
I put in a deposit for a 2019 White TRD Pro and I was supposed to get it late Feb/early March.
Spoke with the dealership this morning and told them to switch the deposit to a 2020 TRD Pro in Army Green.
The Army Green FJ was my all-time favorite Toyota color and this was the major reason I wanted to switch. I also wanted the Apple Car play, as I was looking at options to add that to the 2019 anyway. All the other stuff is just bonus. The grill for the adaptive cruise control doesn't bother me too much as I wasn't going to add a bumper/winch or LED lights there any way.
It's going to be a long 8 months or so.
[edit]: Also, the dealer I'm buying from doesn't mark up the TRD Pros. So, basically just MSRP for these. Hope it doesn't go up too much like the 2019 models. He did mention that the TSS features shouldn't increase the price too much as Toyota added TSS to many models back in 2017 and prices weren't raised dramatically. But who knows... that was just him speculating.

2020 TRD Pro Updates - Army Green & Push Button Start
Do you guys think it’s worth trading in a 2017 limited for the army green 4runner? That color is so sick and the new pro has push start and play.

Looks a lot like the LC150 here:

Don't know about doing it for the color, but if I had a Tacoma, I'd consider it just for the factory panoramic and multi terrain cameras.

Savagegeese has a great review on the Lexus on YT. The instument cluster and probably center stack are lifted from.
Its clear Toyota only did this for marketing the fact that toyota now has a full line of standard toyota safety sense. Fact is the displays are still old and way out of date. It's hardly worth updating an old model when a 6th gen is around the corner, upgrade it for one year?

FWIW - this is the instrument cluster of the best selling SUV in the world - new for 2019.
Would a full digital dash be cool? yeah, sort of. Is it meaningful? not to me. I'd rather have a nice center stack infotainment screen with more information available there.
I don't think we'll see a meaningful update until at least 2022 or 2023 after this. My bet is that push button goes to all 2020 4Runner trims as does the infotainment stuff.

I believe that Jack Hollis mentioned certain trims would get it. I’m guessing SR5P, TRDORP, Limited, and Pro will get it. Push button roll down rear glass will be a great addition to the non-Limiteds. That is one of the things I really wanted from the Limited.
CarPlay/AA/radio upgrade are across the board. Not sure how navigation will shake out. Most of the entune 3.0 vehicles out there have the really terrible scout GPS app based navigation versus the built in nav that the 2014+ premium vehicles have. As soon as it is up on the TIS, I’ll be able to report back.
