Just put a deposit down for a 2020 TRD Pro in white!

I'm also one of those who thinks the army green won't look that great for a 4Runner. It looks decent on the Taco though.

I'm coming from a 2018 Ram Power Wagon and I'm still on the fence whether to trade it for the 4Runner or sell it privately. Badass truck but I want to size down from a 3/4 ton.

I have a 2017 TRD Pro. The white just gets a little boring over time. Plus, everyone and their brother has a white one. Army Green will be up there with cement in rarity and demand. Stoked for it. I think a lot of people have been waiting for an Army Green 4runner for quite some time.

Have heard this a couple of times now, but not sure what the fixation with Cement is or the objective statistics that it is the most "rare." How many infernos do you see? Quicksand? It was not too easy for me getting a Cavblue new either (waitlist for 8 months). All of the yearly special colors are more rare than the black and white SIMPLY BECAUSE FEWER ARE MADE but "coolness" or "boringness" is truly in the eye of the beholder. I personally think the green will be super awesome.... but not as super awesome as my own Cavblue… only because that is MY definition of super awesome and what appeals most to me. My wife had a White jeep for years and we loved that color... never was bored of it.. her new Jeep is an Orange color called "Mango Tango" and that's cool too. End of day, the people in this thread drooling over the arrival of a green SUV makes Toyota very happy but we also represent a super slim portion of the 4runner buying population who take extra time to subscribe to a forum like this and feed off each other for cool ideas of how to make our rigs more ours.

Hope everyone getting a green one enjoys the hell out of it and same goes to those buyin white or black or whatever... The TRD Pros are all super cool which is why we shell out $50k for a fairly basic "boxy" rig that is very good at a few things... aside from going pretty much anywhere anytime... looking cool is another thing it is good at!

Cheers - JC

To each his own. I like the TRD Pro in white because the black TRD trim pops out nicely. I agree with you for a trim level like the SR5. I wouldn't get something like a SR5 in white.

I would've liked Toyota's green if it was closer to a ranger green or foliage green.

Edit: in some photos it does feel a bit like ranger green, and then some photos it looks like a vomit green. whatever, either way like jcage said, they're all cool as f

Sequioia TRDP in army green -Photo

Looks like the Army Green Sequioa TRD Pro are starting to hit dealer lots! To each his own... but I love the army green color. I was in the Marines for 4 years and rode in Hummers and 5-ton 6x6 military trucks all the time. Love the green color and can't wait to see it on a 4Runner.

might look better on a 4R, but I'm not digging it..would prefer calvary blue or cement over that..

Well a brief update on my status, a few pages ago I was on the fence about a 2020, as of this time I can report I have purchased a 2019 TRD Offroad Premium, has all the options I wanted and only 57 miles on it. I pick it up this Friday super excited, will update the what did you pay post in a bit.

It (just my opinion) looks like a TRD Pro 4runner had a baby with a minivan and it grew up to join the army. It will look better on the 4runner but sorry guys, in my opinion not on the Seq.

Sequoias in general just look like a puffy minivan. Couldn't even imagine actually owning one and enjoy looking at it like I do the 4Runner

All I can think of when you say this is Buster Bluth.

I did the same. I kept debating if all the new tech was worth waiting for. Then I decided to get a few quotes from local dealers and one dealer quoted me a price I couldn't pass up on a 19 TRD ORP.

Same here, I kept asking myself if I needed the new tech and if it was worth the markup and it just didn't seem so to me. Also congrats on your new purchase!!!

Also same. My 2019 Limited will be here Labor Day weekend. Just couldn't justify the price increase + promotional financing rates are attractive.
