Brute Force Fab?

I want to order the rear bumper from Brute Force Fab for the 5th gen. Their website is not good and you can't order directly on there and I haven't seen them active on social media for quite some time and the voicemail is full so I can't leave a message.

Has anyone had any experience with them lately? Best way to get in contact with them? I want to spend some money....

One of my friends got their rear bumper for his Tacoma a few years ago. Its a nice bumper and everything went smooth but no idea about what he has going on now.

I ordered a front and rear from brute force in December and it should be ready here in the next month. I haven't talked to billy since I placed my order but I will be contacting him this week in order to find out when its gonna be ready. I can post more about how everything goes as things happen.

I ended up dropping some extra bills and went with the C4 fab rear bumper. I am big on customer service. And after no response on Instagram, email, text message, and won't pick up phone calls and cant even leave voice mails since the VM is full. I don't care how small of a company you are. If you are selling a product, you need to be available to serve your customers. I have had a great experience with C4 Fab and so I decided to stick with their product even if it costs me a bit more.

Yeah unfortunately its insane to get ahold of him. Billy built my first gen Tundra bumper and it wasnt the greatest experience. I also have texted him to get details of the rear bumper but its pretty pretty radio silent.

If a company doesn't respond when you're trying to give them money, think about what that process will be like if you have missing hardware, poor build quality, or any sort of issue at all.

Billy is a good dude. Unlike a lot of companies he's a one man show. I believe he's in the process of adding two new welders, but he's very picky because his standards are so high. This is no shot at other companies out there, but just letting you know he doesn't have multiple people there with him, so contact is a little rougher.

I think texting him is usually wise. You can also message him on IG. Usually responds fast there.

His work is real good and clean. You'll love it.

I have friends who run his stuff, product-wise, SOLID. LOVE his stuff, but like many others i've attempted to reach out to place an order and I got nothing - IG or e-mail so I went a different direction. This is in no way bashing the guy because again, his products speak for itself, but it sounds like his business is booming and he needs some help up there. I'm also big on customer service and communication and wasn't willing to wait and take a gamble. I've heard nothing but good stories for the ones that were able to get in an order. Totally agree. Not bashing Billy at all. I don't even know the man. And from what I have read/seen online he makes a good product. So good that people want to buy it and he cant keep up with the demand. When it comes to a business. He needs to increase his lead times and allow for himself to handle all the other aspects of his business to make sure his current customers, and new customers are happy. If someone wants his product that badly, they will wait how ever long it takes to get that product. As long as they are receiving a good experience.

In this case, I am not willing to take a gamble, if I couldn't even get a response on getting a price or how to place an order on multiple different mediums. I will take my business elsewhere. It just sucks because he does make a fantastic product and I again, I am sure hes a very good person.

Im about to order a bumper from him and it took a day or two for him to get back to me. After I sent an email he called me within 10 minutes.

Hes a cool dude and takes time to talk to you can does custom work! Other companies do not do custom work they just want to sell sell sell. I like to have some custom additions added to my stuff as everyone has different needs when adding stuff to the swingouts.

When i talked to Billy he was no rush at all getting off the phone with me.
