Totally agree. Not bashing Billy at all. I don't even know the man. And from what I have read/seen online he makes a good product. So good that people want to buy it and he cant keep up with the demand. When it comes to a business. He needs to increase his lead times and allow for himself to handle all the other aspects of his business to make sure his current customers, and new customers are happy. If someone wants his product that badly, they will wait how ever long it takes to get that product. As long as they are receiving a good experience.
In this case, I am not willing to take a gamble, if I couldn't even get a response on getting a price or how to place an order on multiple different mediums. I will take my business elsewhere. It just sucks because he does make a fantastic product and I again, I am sure hes a very good person.
