Installing Pelican 1750 case on Rooftop BAJARACK

I have a Bajarack standard full basket rack (NOT MESH floor). I am trying to install Pelican protector case 1750. A hard install. Any ideas or bit of advice on how to or what to use for this install will be appreciated

Currently, I am considering using a set of U- bolts and placing it underneath to mount the case to the rack.

A total peanut gallery reply but....
I would suggest using a double plate method so that when you torque the plastic case bottom to the cross bar on the roof rack, the plastic doesn't try and bend around the round tube and crack. Something like in Link #1. (Just for picture reference). I would also suggest not doing a metal on metal clamp for the u-bolts, i would walk through ace hardware/Home Depot to find some kind of rubber to compress between the u-bolt and the tube. Like in Link#2.
Lastly, seal that interface so it doesn't leak. My 2 cents =)

If you dont want to permanantly mount it to the top. Here is a quick way to strap it without drilling.
