Emailed them several times, no reply, called a couple times and got a call back once after ordering jack mount, they called me the day the rack arrived at wrong freight facility, had to leave them a message since no one picked up. Haven’t gotten call back 4 days later. Some things said by third party made it sound like they didn’t have great luck either usually.

If you can handle wait, and not best service, go for it. I’ll weigh purchase experience to the rack tomorrow, from reviews of their product I’m pretty sure it’ll be worth it. I’m starting to think only reason mine shipped is since I reached out to ask for update after 19 weeks (just to plan spring weekends) LOL

I would however ask the dealer if they could maybe give you some credit for the rack you don’t want. I don’t know but will it be a port installed option?

As for the Gobi Stealth Rack, I like the style of it. But, I'd probably want to get the one with the sunroof opening.

Question I have: Would it be crazy to order the Gobi Rack now while I'm waiting for the 2020 4Runner TRD Pro? That way I wouldn't have to "wait" for the Gobi rack to be delivered. The roof rack mounts should stay in the same spots according to the photos. I highly doubt they would change that.

If I do buy, I may wait until there's a few more announcements. Like confirmation of a moonroof.

Do you have any rust issues?

I read that Gobi racks will eventually rust. I live in the Pacific Northwest where it rains a lot and I'm a little worried about rust issues. Especially for a rack this expensive.
