Pedal Commander PC27 Help needed

hello all,

i recently bought a Pedal Commander model PC27 with Bluetooth from a fellow 4Runner owner. Received and connected it to my wife's 2010 Limited, it was operating fine for the first 5/10 minutes and all of a sudden it went in the ECO mode after I turn off the car first time. Now it stays in the ECO mode and does not come out no matter what button I press on it. No warning lights on the runner. Anyone have any tips to get it out of the ECO mode or reset it manually or via computer (there i a micro usb port on it)?

i since contacted the seller and he was nice enough to send me another unit. if I revive the one above then I will use the new unit in my other runner.

thanks much in advance.

stupid question, but did the app need updating? I had to update twice within the last week. Just wondering. Would love to know what happened.

Try Holding down the mode / power button until it switches out of Eco Mode. It sounds like you may have a defective unit.

Update:

Pedal Commander Customer service is simply awesome... as good as the product itself. I contacted PC customer service and they helped me to (1) identify that the unit I had was lost/stolen (apparently the seller was supposed to return it to PC for diagnostics but instead sold it to me -and thus the disabled it via the phone app,) and (2) offered me a great discount if I was to purchase one straight from PC... once I recover my $$$ from the FB seller. PC customer service really stayed with me until everything was sorted out happily... and I now have an amazing unit installed in my 4R... and will be buying one for my wife's 4R.
