I would buy them and try the Lift and decide for myself as the Lawyers are who the builder has to worry about!

Definitely would like to hear from someone with these if they have dropped them on a rock or used a hi lift to support the weight. If they old up I may have to place my order (or at least see what the Canadian conversion is!). I'm not going to do any crazy wheeling but want to know they hold up reasonably well and can jack with them.

They are 22 pounds each.

Tested them with a hi lift at all?

The lighter weight made everything to install, I think they look nice, and the craftsmanship is good.

Tested with a hi lift yet?

How useful are these as a step with the door closed? They look to be tucked really tight against the rockers (as they should be for a slider), but is there enough space to get a boot on there to step up and get at the roof rack?

Would anyone be interested in a group buy on the slider/steps to get free shipping? I would need atleast 5 people. Great option if you dont crawl and live in a places that snow and concerned with rust.

They work really well. I use them as a step to get at rack all the time.

Looking at their website, they sell models for non-KDSS, KDSS, and X-REAS. Perhaps someone sold you one of the other two models?
Contact them on their website - they are super responsive.

So who wants to get a group buy going? I can make a separate thread to get free shipping plus the exchange rate is pretty decent right now. All we need is 5 buyers. ill be no 1.

I'm in Minnesota too and I have ordered and about to install some powder coated steel shrokworks sliders. May have joined the GB but I already have these.. darn. I guess if they start rusting I'll hit them with por15 till they are completely covered in the stuff lol.

I got a pair of gently used greenlane slides but am having issues mounting them. Did you have any issues?
