A case of the BLUES...”POLL”
Some side by sides of everybody’s fav blue TRD PROs. Both look great, but do you prefer the Cavalry Blue or the VooDoo Blue (the one with the white plastic on the hood)? It’s to late to turn this thread into a poll so vote in your response.

My wife had a 2011 4runner limited in the shoreline blue pearl. It was strangely weird how many times people would almost run into her as if they couldn't see her. Even a police car one time almost hit her. Finally after a few years, she got bumped by someone that didn't turn into their corresponding lane.
No, she's not a bad driver at all. There's got to be something about that color and visibility.

I dunno, that VooDoo is bright in person...like “can see it from the moon’ bright. I looked up the shoreline blue color you had and it’s definatley a more subdued color that might blend in to its surroundings.

My theory is the shoreline blue when dirty kind of blends in with asphalt.

Nautical Blue > Cavalry Blue and Voodoo Blue
With that said I always loved the Voodoo blue on Tacomas until I saw it on a 4Runner, I'm more of a fan of the Cavalry over the Voodoo

Cement > Shoreline Blue > Cavalry Blue > Nautical Blue > Voodoo Blue as far as blue 4Runners go.

Perhaps it's target fixation... That is a very pleasant shade of blue, and with the rest of the LE trim, a very nice looking combination.
Maybe people see it, stare at it, fixate, and then collide...

For my tastes, Shoreline > Cavalry > Voodoo > Nautical. I still think that the 2010-13 Shoreline Blue TE is one of the best looking 4Runners out there.

The images aren't working for me, but this would be my order (this is also coming from a guy who owns a 2012 Shoreline Blue TE)
Cavalry Blue > Shoreline Blue > Nautical > VooDoo
VooDoo is just way too bright. Nautical is nice but too dark for my liking. I just love that Cavalry Blue.

Being a 19D, I would have to say Cav blue. Because "If you ain't Cav..." that being said, the other colors are nice also.

We had a blue minivan. Many people tried to hit that vehicle. Constantly on the defensive when driving that van.
