If you had a lift problem this is the correct forum ..

since you have a low brake pedal not gonna get much help here.

IMO since I have worked on vehicles that I do repairs not lifts and other modifications your problem is the master cylinder . also mixing different brake fluids and brake fluid boiling sure can damage the master cylinder .

good luck ..

At long lights you could switch to neutral. Is there any other mods that could contribute to heat soak issues?

Edit: just saw your pic with Supercharger. This can add to heat soak problems. Especially with Stop/go traffic. How much do you weigh with all of the mods? Have you upgraded the cooling system?
My assumption is that by "race fluid" they probably just mean ATE Type 200. This is just about the best stuff you can buy without diminishing returns of something more expensive like Motul.

And maybe i'm not following the thread well enough, but why are we talking about engine heat soak?

I've noticed that I have more brake pedal travel now, but I think that is due to the fact that I'm over 50K miles, and due for new pads/rotors. My bigger concern is the damn brake assist. Any time I hit the brakes a little more quickly, I end up in a panic stop. I'm guessing there's no way to disable this function, right?
