Bumper/fender trim ?'s

I have a few questions for those of you that did the bumper/fender trim either with or without a Slimline/Lo-Pro style bumper.

1) Did you experience increased wind/road noise?

2) Did you experience more drag from head winds and cross winds and did it cause the vehicle to be tossed around or become more unstable at highway speeds?

3) Have you had any issues with the remaining bumper or body plastic moving or flapping around unsupported?

4) For those of you who did not retain the majority of the fender liners, did you experience more dirt and water intrusion into the engine bay and the air filter?

5) Lastly, are you happy with the end result and would you do it again and/or recommend the mod to others?

1) Did you experience increased wind/road noise? No, mine is just as noisy as before

2) Did you experience more drag from head winds and cross winds and did it cause the vehicle to be tossed around or become more unstable at highway speeds? Nope, handles exactly the same on surface roads, highways, rain, etc.

3) Have you had any issues with the remaining bumper or body plastic moving or flapping around unsupported? I was worried about this at first, but after taking a look at how everything is held together I wasn't worried. No flapping, no structural issues.

4) For those of you who did not retain the majority of the fender liners, did you experience more dirt and water intrusion into the engine bay and the air filter? I don't know, my engine bay is pretty much always dirty

5) Lastly, are you happy with the end result and would you do it again and/or recommend the mod to others? I like it. Word of advice is to cut less if you're not sure how high you want to go. I went this route and am about to do my second "re-cut" to get it just right. You can always cut more, can't put it back on.

Literally the same.

2) Did you experience more drag from head winds and cross winds and did it cause the vehicle to be tossed around or become more unstable at highway speeds?

Nothing in the first week of driving like this.

3) Have you had any issues with the remaining bumper or body plastic moving or flapping around unsupported?

Nope.

4) For those of you who did not retain the majority of the fender liners, did you experience more dirt and water intrusion into the engine bay and the air filter?

Safari Snorkel. No and I don't foresee it as an issue. I even plan to remove the oem washer tank and put on in the engine bay.

I think it looks pretty good and my bumper was getting beat up anyways in those spots. Definitely set's my truck apart from the crowd. I plan on a high clearance front bumper eventually anyways. I can't say I can recommend chopping up expensive plastics but if you're into it I don't think it's a big deal.
See above and peep my build thread I just did this mod. @Florunner78 is right. Be conservative with your first cut.

You could put it back on but it might look funny.

Personally, I like the lower cuts and is what I plan on doing at some point.
